His career includes roles at Cascade Sotheby’s, Gerding Edlen, and CBRE, where he developed a deep understanding of brokerage, development, and investment strategies. A hands-on professional, Carlo has personally renovated a three-story craftsman home, built an ADU, and owns multiple investment properties throughout Clackamas County—giving him firsthand knowledge of property valuation, construction, and long-term wealth-building through real estate.

Now based in Happy Valley, Carlo specializes in helping buyers and sellers navigate the new construction market, ensuring his clients maximize opportunities in Clackamas County’s fast-growing real estate landscape. Outside of real estate, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and paddleboarding with his wife, Kelly, and their son, Leo, taking full advantage of the nearby Mount Hood and Clackamas River.
